Our Premises
Our building is designed, with the inference on energy efficiency.
Ceiling to floor glazing on three corners ensures the maximum amount of natural 'Light' as possible, which reduces the amount artificial light consumed.
Air circulation fans, together with 'tented' ceiling design, ensures the heating system has maximum air flow, reduces energy levels consumed in the winter and negates the need for air conditioning in the summer. Triple thermal insulation helps to minimises heating losses.
Facilities
Design
4 x 3D 'solid works' and 2D 'AutoCAD' stations ensure fast state of the art design capabilities. This facility enables us to pull together designs for prototypes, within hours
Over a period of time and experience, EXE-TC has developed full mathematical models, to understand suspension, spring and tyre frequency and develop methods to influence and control them.
Test Dynometers
2 x Electric test rigs, allow us to interpret and develop our programs, as well as ensuring a very high standard of build quality and reliability.
In house machining capabilities, enables us to prototype or modify components for unique suspension installations and programs.
Chassis Development
Sophisticated modelling techniques, together with our fabrication experience, allows us to undertake the complete manufacture of chassis assemblies.
The assembly and rebuild workshops are designed to promote a technical standard of workmanship, comparable to the aircraft and motorsport industries.
