Cristian García and Rebecca Liso, in their Repsol Mitsubishi EVO X R4 have been crowned Spanish Tarmac Rally champions. They where crowned after winning outright against stiff competition at the Rallye Villa de Llanes.
The car, prepared by RMC Motorsport, Spain has shown consistent form all season. This time last year, Miguel Angel Fuster took his fifth championship at the same event with a Porsche 911, also prepared by RMC Motorsport.
Cristian and Rebecca have been with RMC for the last two seasons, over which the team has helped them develop into the best drivers in the whole championship. They are also the youngest team to every win the championship.
